The Village Hall will be closed on Friday, July 3 in observance of the 4th of July.
The Warrensburg Sportsman’s Club will be holding their annual Fireworks show on Saturday, July 4 at dusk.
We know you’ve heard it on TV, on social media, in previous newsletters and just about anywhere else you can name BUT it is important to complete the 2020 Census if you haven’t already done so. Many of the sources of revenue for the Village are based on the Census count. So your voice does count!!
While the Corn Festival will not be held on July 23 – 25 this year, the committee is still looking in options of having a one day celebration on Saturday, July 25 from 10:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. Several food vendors have been asked to participate along with a Corn Hole tournament and of course, Maddox sweet corn. There may even be a 50/50 cash drawing & a car show (cruise through the Village).
Included with the May utility billing was a Cross-Connection Survey which is required per the Illinois EPA Regulations to be completed by the residents. If you have not already done so, please complete and return to the Village Hall. If you need another form, please contact the Village Hall.
