Applications for Macon Co Adult Scholarships Program

Online applications for adult scholarship awards for spring semester 2022 open September 1 on the Community Foundation of Macon County (CFMC) website at Applicants must be Macon County adults/nontraditional students seeking to complete college degrees or training at Millikin University or Richland Community College after interruptions in their education. Adult scholarship awards of up to $2,500.00 per applicant help fund two- and four-year degrees, master’s degrees or vocational training. Deadline to apply for 2022 spring semester awards is November 1.
The awards may be used to pay for tuition, course/program related fees and/or books. Selected applicants may apply for successive semesters of scholarship support.

The Warrensburg Fire Department is looking for volunteers. If interested, contact any member of the department for information or stop by the Fire House any Thursday evening.

Attend a Village Board of Trustees meeting to learn what is happening in the Village and discover if you can be an active participant in making a difference in this community.

Saturday, September 25th at 11:00 a.m.
Kids of all ages can come to the library to Celebrate Fall by making a mason jar craft!

1,000 Books Before Kindergarten
Read a book (any book) to your newborn, infant, or toddler. The goal is to read 1,000 books (yes, you can repeat books!) before your child starts kindergarten. Contact the library to sign up and learn about the prizes.

Teen Advisory Board (TAB)
Thursday, September 23rd at 4:00 pm.
