• There is a $150.00 Water Deposit required by Village Ordinance. This fee is due at the time of application.
• Monthly Payments are due on or before the 15th of each month. There is a 20% fee for late payments.
• Payment may be made by debit/credit card, check or cash at the Village Hall (a payment drop slot is available 24/7) OR via credit or debit card over the phone (call 217-672-3222 during regular business hours).

• The Water and Sewer Service Application is available online or at the Village Hall.
